Downloadable materials are available only where explicitly marked with a “Download” link. Any other content may not be copied, recorded, or reproduced in any manner.
3. Payments and Refunds
All tuition and fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
Anew University offers a 100% cash refund within six (6) calendar days of enrollment, provided that:
- The student has completed Module 1, and
 - Submits completed coursework as evidence of participation.

No refund will be issued if:
- More than six days have passed since enrollment, or
 - The student requested and received full access prior to the six-day period (since full access allows complete content download and review).

After the initial six-day period, all sales are final, as these are digital educational products.
Tuition Payment Compliance
Students are strictly prohibited from changing the amount, frequency, or timing of their tuition payments without prior written authorization from the institution. Any unauthorized adjustment, delay, or interruption of payment is considered a serious violation of the enrollment agreement and will result in immediate suspension from the program, forfeiture of all tuition paid, and permanent ineligibility for certification or credential issuance. The student will remain fully responsible and legally obligated to pay the remaining balance of the agreed-upon tuition in full.
Chargeback Policy
Initiating a credit card or PayPal chargeback, dispute, or reversal of payment for tuition or fees without first contacting the Academy to resolve the issue is considered a deliberate act of theft by deception. Such actions may constitute a violation of state and federal law, including possible infringement of interstate wire fraud statutes. Any attempt to obtain services or credentials through false or deceptive means will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If a student experiences a billing concern or payment issue, they must contact the Academy directly to request assistance and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution. Failure to do so may result in immediate suspension, permanent dismissal from all programs, and forfeiture of any rights to certification or credential recognition.
This institution is protected by Default Guard.
4. Certification Eligibility
Enrollment and/or payment of tuition does not guarantee certification.
To receive certification, a student must:
- Complete all required coursework and assignments,
 - Meet the established academic, behavioral, and ethical standards of Anew University, and
 - Fulfill all financial obligations in full.

If a student defaults on tuition payments or fails to meet institutional criteria, certification eligibility may be suspended or permanently revoked at the Institution’s discretion. (Also refer to the Tuition Payment Compliance section in #3 above.
5. Graduate Certification and Limitations
The Institution certifies graduates solely based on their successful completion of the approved course of study and satisfaction of all academic and ethical standards.
Anew University does not warrant or guarantee a graduate’s future performance, behavior, or professional outcomes in any role or setting. Certification signifies completion of training, not endorsement of ongoing competency, moral conduct, or business success.
6. Intellectual Property and Licensing
All course materials, including but not limited to written, audio, video, digital, and graphic content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Anew University and/or its licensors.

You may not:
- Share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials.

As a Christian educational institution, Anew University expects all students to uphold biblical principles, integrity, and respect in personal, professional, and online conduct.
Activities that may be deemed inconsistent with Christian faith or institutional values—including but not limited to defamatory, immoral, or deceptive conduct—are grounds for disciplinary action.
Such actions may include:
- Written warning or suspension,
